Thoughts About Humanity

A video work observing Piazza del Plebiscito in Naples from above.

People move across the square like a living pattern, accompanied by the persistent hum of bees – a fragile balance between order and chaos.

The scene unfolds rhythmically, until a sudden intervention disrupts it: a giant hand enters the frame, breaking the scale and the illusion of normality.

A quiet yet unsettling reflection on control, fragility, and the invisible forces that shape human movement.

The work was selected among the finalists of the Art Rights Prize in Video Art, where it was awarded second place.
